Podbean Feed doesn’t show

    I switched to Podbean and when I try to enter the podbean podcast feed i get the message “No episodes available for given options.” I already updated the plugin and am on the pro version. How can I resolve this so my episodes will show. Right now I still have my Anchor rss feed connected but after today no new episodes will be released on Anchor so I need to resolve this as soon as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Podcast player and podcast player pro.

    I have just checked your podbean feed url ( https://awakentoempower.podbean.com/feed.xml ) on a test website. It seems to be working just fine. Link to the test page below,
    https://superb-pilot.jurassic.ninja/2020/05/19/hello-world/

    Can you please try again on your website? It should work. If not, please inform, I will check and try my best to resolve the issue.

    Also, just to ensure that you are not using older cache, use following steps,
    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Podcast Player.
    2. Look for “Feed Updation Tool” on right sidebar
    3. Enter your podbean feed url and select “Full reset”
    4. Click “Update Now”

    As I said above, please inform if you are still facing some problems. We will resolve the issue.

    I did what you suggested but I still can’t get my episodes to show up. I still get this message No episodes available for given options.

    Hi there,

    Which feed url you are using? can you share podbean’s feed url?

    Also, can you just create a sample page having podcast player with Podbean feed url (Even with the error message). I will check the sample page and inform.

    On my home page I keep the anchor feed until this is fixed but yes, I created a copy of my homepage with the podbean feed http://awakentoempower.com/podcast/example-page/

    OK. Thanks for your patience.

    Which feed URL you are using? Also, just delete the podcast player widget from the sample page and add a new podcast player widget.

    Also, DO NOT apply any filters or any other settings. Just enter the feed URL in the new widget.

    i am using the podbean feed link on the example page. I also deleted the widget and used a new one without any filters or changed any settings. Still not working

    Hi,

    As I mentioned before, I used (https://awakentoempower.podbean.com/feed.xml) feed link of podbean and it is working perfectly on a test website (https://superb-pilot.jurassic.ninja/2020/05/19/hello-world/).

    There must be something while setup the widget on your website. Is it possible for you to give temporary access of your website to check and resolve the issue.

    Hi,
    I am still having problems with that player. After you have helped me with the code, it pulled all the initial episodes but now these past two weeks, no new episodes appear on my website. I tried updating the feed but nothing is happening. I now had to go with Podbeans player because the plugin wasn’t pulling any new episodes. How can we fix this???
