Podcast Player

I have been looking and searching for about a month. Is there any good player for podcasts? We are looking for something where you can fast forward, rewind, and jump back and forward 15 seconds. Control of the colors and a spot for an image.

I made this up in photoshop, to show what I mean.

All of the files are uploaded to our web host and are mp3’s.

If anyone is willing to make something like this for relatively low cost, contact me. It would be awesome if this was possible to do with short codes.
