PodPress Start Up

    I’ve installed podPress.

    I’ve uploaded the first mp3 file to http://www.americanfreethought.com/audio/ and put that into the Media Files Directory box. (I’ve left the “Local Path” box blank.

    When I try to submit the feed to iTunes it says “The feed has no podcasts.”

    Any ideas what might be wrong?

    P.S. How can I tell which version of WordPress I’m using?
