Today I received a new order, and the customer apparently did not opt to create an account. So no points were awarded to him. Is this normal behaviour?

Hello,

Yes, this is normal behavior. Points are stored in the datababase and are associated with a user account.

Without a user account, we don’t know who to attribute the points to.
