In the Editor of my Theme the only CSS page I get is: Style.css
Is this the place that I should paste that piece of code?
If yes, where extacl? The file is divided in many subjects: body, forms, headings, tables, etc, etc, etc.

You can paste it at the end of the style.css file. But the recommended place is in Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS.
