    Hi, first of all, I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking my last suggestion and implementing it! (regarding the free shipping threshold).

    Now, we have another issue, where our customer has reported that their points calculation is incorrect. Kindly refer to the screen shot:

    So far only one customer has reported this. May I know what might be the cause, or is there a fix to this? Thank you!

    Could you please elaborate more on which cases you’re getting the point calculation wrong, also please share a short video of the concern as the attached screenshot is also not there.

    So that we can get an actual idea of the concern and assist you accordingly in the same.
