Points calculation incorrect

Hi, first of all, I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking my last suggestion and implementing it! (regarding the free shipping threshold).
Now, we have another issue, where our customer has reported that their points calculation is incorrect. Kindly refer to the screen shot:
So far only one customer has reported this. May I know what might be the cause, or is there a fix to this? Thank you!
