After installing WooRewards and configuring your loyalty system, go into WooRewards → Settings and click on “Advanced Settings”.
It will show an option that will allow you to process past orders and give points depending on your loyalty settings.

Your web host cannot contact the licence server. Update and activation could be affected.
It is a known issue on some web host providers working with clusters. Please contact your host provider and ask for https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com
What should I do exactly?
Since you have a Pro Trial, you can get in touch with our pro customer support.
You can join our discord server or send an email to the support by using the links on the top right corner of your woorewards administration.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
