Hi @wpbetsy,
Thank you for contacting support, kindly note that everything works fine on our side as tested right now by us for the publishing content hook.
See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/oie9ae
Can you please share any screenshot or video of that issue replicating also it would be great if you open a support ticket at mycred.me/support and our technical support will help you further to resolve this issue on your side.
Thank You!
Screenshot is meaningless, for example I enter 1,500 at “Points for publshing content”, then clicked “save”, the “Points for publshing content” field shows 1.
Please make your support forum available for everyone. Everyone can access.
Hi @wpbetsy,
You are not following the format correctly it’s not recommended to put comma separated values as you have already defined the separator for point types when setting up a point type. Put the value like 1500 and it should work perfectly also our forums are available for all our users.
We approve the forum requests manually but it is recommended to open a support ticket rather then writing on support forum. You can create a free ticket as there are both options to create a free ticket and paid ticket too.
Currently our website is undergoing maintenance and will be available shortly so wait for the maintenance to end. Mycred supports each and every of it’s users and therefore we have made the Codex too much extensive for users.
Thank You!
