Points interface missing Points Type Data

    Hi ! I recently activated the plugin for our website and it seems there is some missing blocks. For example when I edit points type, I do not have the Points Type Data as shown in the tutorial video.

    I’m using WP 6.7.1, everything is up to date and I tried to desactivate some editor related plugins like Advanced Editor Tools but no can do. I tried also on different browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same result.

    Tell me if I can provide any other information ^^

    Hi @herrkamper,

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    Please, check that you have the Points Type Data element checked in the “Screen options” tab you can find in the top right corner of the screen. If it isn’t checked, checking it will show the “Points Type Data” Element.

    Hi @tinocalvo Thanks for following up, I checked but the Points Type Data element is not even appearing in the tab, here is a screenshot to show you how it looks like (in french)

    This is a very strange behaviour, have you tried to perform a conflict test?

    I tried to deactivate every plugin and also changed the theme to the default one, but the problem remains, even if I uninstall/reinstall Gamipress

    Hi @herrkamper ,

    Please, check if you have any custom code and try deactivating it.

    If that does not help solving the issue, please try installing GamiPress in a staging site and trying again.

    Hi have the same issue, I have deactivated and reactivated plugins. As well, everything is checked in Screen option. What’s the solution?

    Hi @maevalune ,

    This problem can be occasionated by a conflict with a plugin or theme that you have installed in your WordPress or due to some custom code that is also conflicting with the behaviour of GamiPress.

    I recommend you to perform a conflict test and delete or deactivate any custom code you have in your installation to see where this problem is coming from.
