Points not being assigned

    Hey Guys,
    Everything is working for other add-ons, but this one is not assigning points for all audio or specific audio. Any direction is appreciated.

    Hi @blaksheep

    From which event where are you getting the issue? from the “Upload an audio” event or with the “Play an audio” event?

    If issue comes from the “Play an audio” event, this audio is stored on your WordPress or comes from a third party service? (like sound cloud or some website like that)

    It’s happening on the play event. The mp3 file was uploaded via the library and is saved in the uploads folder. We are using the [audio] shortcode to embed the audio.

    Hi @blaksheep

    the audio player is the WordPress default player or has been modified by your theme?

    And, like the other issue, have you checked to switch to a default theme to see if issue persist?
