Poll behind activation code

Does anyone know if an plugin exist where you will first need to enter an activationcode before you can go to a certain page (example: to fill in a poll)

i’ve taken a look at ‘BAW Easy Invitation Codes’ but users should not need to register, just have an active code like a onetime coupon.

I did search but can’t find anything like it.
