Poll closed before set time?

Has anyone else experienced some users getting a “poll is closed” message before the set closed time?

I realize this is not an easy situation to troubleshoot, but we ran a poll last week that lasted a full week and was set to close just before midnight at the end of the week. We had a number of users complain that they tried to vote but it said the poll was closed. This was a handful of users, some around 7:30p. When I checked the logs, there were definitely vote entries getting in around that time and all the way up until 11:59p as it should.

Is there anyway there was a drop in service/connection or bug on the preset closing time?

Appreciate any help or guidance. We’re hoping to run another poll soon, and would hate to have users experience that again.
