    I had a poll running for 2 weeks with no issues. Today I tried to create a new poll, but the poll’s options will not save. If I fill in the setting under the options section on the sidebar, then everything is saved. However, settings that have to be filled in specifically for each poll. such as the poll’s template, and the ‘reset stats automatically’ are not saved. I fill them in, click save, it says ‘Poll Sucesfully edited!” but my options are not saved. If I try to edit the poll again, the fields are blank. The poll’s questions and answers are fine, just no settings that are entered on the poll’s page.

    If you go to http://www.celticstalk.com, you can see the issue. The poll is visible on the index, but I cannot choose a template for as the setting won’t save, so it’s stuck using the default template.

    I updated to 4.9, I deleted the poll’s directory from my server and completely re-installed it, I’ve tried in Chrome/FF/IE, nothing works. I’m really lost on this one.

    I just updated. but I’m still having the same issue. Selecting a template, as well as ‘reset poll stats automatically’ isn’t saving. I tried creating a new poll since I updated, but that didn’t work either.

    I am having the same problem that Josh is having. Were you able to find a solution?

    I am trying to set the poll options and it says the options are saved but it does not change the value.

    No solution found for me yet.

    I have a similar problem. It seems to stem from when we moved from a development server to a production. This plugin worked fine on the dev server but broke when we moved to the production. I’ve tried uninstalling and removing the DB tables it created but no joy.

    Does anyone else have issue with the widget not showing any polls with this not saving error?

    If anyone gets an answer I’d love to continue using this plugin.

    Hi,

    When you moved from dev to production did you also move the records in wp_options?

    I encountered a similar issue when we transferred from our development server, but when I filled in all the fields again, it worked fine. I had that poll running for about a month, and when I created a new one this new issue started with the template options not saving. I’m not sure if there’s any correlation there though.
