polyfill error on macbook

Hi

I have customers using a macbook and complaining that the site is loading extremely slow.

I figured out that there is a file loading failed as below.
https://polyfill.io/v2/polyfill.js?features=Intl.~locale.en&ver=5.9.3

and i saw that amelia is calling it

Is there a way to stop or diable calling this ?
or at least let me know how to address this issue otherwise.
