hello here I use polylang, in the object if I put [en] or [fr] it detects the language well but I would like to know if there is a way in the body to indicate for example the title in another language

for example I send a mai in the lang fr
and I refer a second in the English language but I indicate that the article and also in fr as in the image that I give
