Polylang and ACF

    Hello,
    I have the latest versions of ACF and Polylang and I cannot associate an ACF-group to two languages. Before (previous versions) I could have select for example a page in English and in Polish, but now I can select pages only in one laguage. Do I have to copy now all ACF-groups to another language or is there a way not to translate ACF in Polylang settings (cause I couldn’t find it)?

    Hi

    I tested with Polylang 1.9 and ACF 4.4.7 and I can assign a language to the Field Group, see: http://nimb.ws/l15ceQ .
    If you don’t have the language metabox, please test with only your theme + Polylang + ACF.
    If everything works, reenable your plugins one by one to try figure out which one is causing the conflict.

    If I misunderstand your issue, please provide some screenshots.

    Hi,

    I think you misunderstood the issue. I have that exact problem too. I just don’t want to copy all the ACF fields because they all are suitable for every language my site uses.

    I’m pretty sure that Polylang have had some kind of ACF translate off option..?

    I still misunderstand your issue. Please provide some screenshots to illustrate it.

    I run into the exactly same behaviour.

    I can not see the form with custom fields defined by ACF in any new language. The only way is to “translate” current definition of Field Group into all used language = enter the idential definition and set up the new diferent language.

    Is there any possibility to set the Field Group to be valid for all languages or switch off operation of Polylang over ACF Field Groups?

    Hi guys. Same problem here. I don’t have Polylang metabox in ACF. I have tried disabling all plugins and leaving only ACF and Polylang. I’m using a child theme.

    I have the synchronization off in the Polylang settings.

    Do I need anything in functions.php?

    @am111ne sorry, I still do not solve it. I did not know how to fix it.
