polylang breaks https redirect

    Hey everyone!

    I’ve discovered a strange behavior today…

    I have multiple wordpress sites running behind a nginx proxy. nginx redirects every http request do https – it all works fine – but when I activate polylang suddenly the website is also reachable over http. Really simple SSL Plugin is not a solution for me.

    Anyone else having the same problem, or any idea what to do about it?

    If nginx redirects http request to https, how can your website (with Polylang) gets a http request?
    Think about it.

    also encountered this problem. did someone solve this problem?
