1. I think Polylang doesn’t support plugin string translations only the page, unless I change the implementation something like this. (https://polylang.pro/doc/function-reference/#pll_register_string)

In CF7 > E-mail tab > Message body :
If I add [upload-file-530], when I receive the response email, if I click on the link automatically generated by the attachment, it point on a 404 page. Normally, the link should allow to download the pj on the desktop?

Can you go to WP Admin Contact -> Drag & Drop Upload settings then check “Send Attachment as links?” option.
