Polylang / Indexacion

Hello, I would like to please help me in the following case
A multilanguage site configured with popylang (Spanish, French, English)
The main language is Spanish, it is a example.com site. But when the indexing of the home is done through google or it is evaluated through tools such as speed insights, gtmetrix or whatever, it indicates that the home leads to the main link of example.com/en, but that it cannot be indexed because it throws a 404 error, even though both pages exist and are configured. It indicates that a noindex tag has been activated, but the source code of both urls do not have noindex tags, we don’t configure a redirect , could you please help me in this case?
Before polylang, home was linked in search engines and all normal speed, performance, indexing, etc. tools could be run.
