if i go to url https://site.com/ru/odessa/ – its redirect to https://site.com/odessa/

how to fix it ?

Actually, there is nothing to fix, because it works
As you can see here is EN post https://wptest.kubiq.sk/bmw-en/ and here is its SK translation https://wptest.kubiq.sk/sk/bmw-sk/
You can also use language switch in menu
Plugin is tested with Polylang and WPML and also with more complicated URLs with taxonomies and there is no problem
