Hi @neoxcro,
Greetings from CookieYes!
You can add the translations via CookieYes plugin itself from the Languages tab. Polylang or WPML plugin is required for the working of translations. No need to use Loco Translate.
I added the translations via CookieYes plugin itself from the Languages tab but when user switch language on website, CookieYes is not translating.
Also there are no strings of your plugin to translate inside polylang.
There is no option left to translate CookieYes for mutlilanguage site.
What to do now?
Hi @neoxcro,
Could you please mention the languages you have added in CookieYes plugin? And also please share us your site URL so that we could check the issue closely on your site.
I added English and Croatian language. You can see page here: house-dom-san.com

Hi @neoxcro,
In the URL modifications settings inside the Polylang plugin, please check whether it is set to “The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks”.
“The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks”.
This solved the issue I had. Now it is working!
Thanks!

@cookieyesteam , I got the same issue. Tried to solve with your recommendation, but it won’t work for me. After Marking option on polylang as you advised, I also updated permalinks in settings and cleared cache. No effect. Any advices? Webiste I’m getting the issue
Hi there, this seems like it was a similar issue as to what i am having.
I have 3 languages, English (default), French, and Portuguese.
I added and configured everything, and set the translations strings, but the Portuguese page does not seem to be translated it stays in english. Only the French one is. Am I missing something?
