Polylang translation not working for shortcode

Hi

We are using Cookie notice on a site with Polylang for different language versions. We are using the [cookies_revoke] shortcode in the footer to enable possibility to revoke the consent. The translations for the button do not apply there. I asked support from Polylang, but their reply was:

It seems to be a Cookie Notice issue. In short they initiate their work without waiting all plugins are loaded. So when they pick the option in the database for the Shortcode, Polylang is not loaded and thus it can’t choose the right translation.
You should contact their support and ask them if a developer can dig on this to perform all requests at the “plugins_loaded” WordPress action hook ?

So could you have a look if you can fix this?
