polylang with Avada

I was using polylang with Avada theme 3.7.3 etc ok, just adding

<?php pll_the_languages();?>

to one of the header-v*.php to enable a language bar. But recently Avada merged all the header-v*.php into one single header.php. What would be the appropriate way to add the language bar now with Avada 3.8.3? Thanks a lot.
