Polylang working with Email Subscribers plugin

Hello,

I am looking for a newsletter plugin that would work together with polylang.
I am particularly interested in the initial confirmation email and unsubscribe email- I would like it to be sent in the language preferred by the user.
I installed email subscribers plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-subscribers/).
I believe it would be necessary to save the user’s preferred language upon the subscription and choose one of the available templates.
The problem is that Email subscribers plugin doesn’t give a possibility to insert more than one template for initial confirmation email.
Do you have any suggestion on how to customize the plugin?
