.po/.mo translator plugin!?

    Hello

    Is there a plugin, that can translate .po/.mo files for plugins and templates directly at my site?

    The best thing, would be if translates it automatic using google translate etc., but i can also live with that i do it myself! But im tired of downloading, translating and uploading again, every time there is a update for the template or plugin!
