    Google Analytics for WordPress was acquired by MonsterInsights without properly announcing. Since then it was always buggy and very hard to work with. Always release updates without testing properly. Specially including other (previously) free addon under a pro version was unethical.

    Also WordPress should consider plugin owners using false statements under plugin description without enough evidence to back them up. A plugin like this stating “The best Google Analytics plugin for WordPress.” is very misleading consider the current ratings it has – 3.9 out of 5 stars.
