We’re currently experiencing really slow backend where it takes an very long time to load a page or show the plugins for me via the backend. I’ve read another topic around 2 weeks ago mentioning this was fixed with the most recent update, but it didn’t change anything for us.

When I disable the plugin everything’s back to normal.

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my site, and the page loads as expected, with the plugins displaying correctly in the backend.

To assist you further, could you please share your System Status Report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status.

Once you have the report, please copy it to https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share the link with us here. With that information, we’ll be able to investigate further and provide more accurate assistance.

I experienced a massive performance problem with expired API keys (plus 6 seconds on average in the admin area). Could this be the same problem for you?

    Hi @zodiac1978,

I understand you’re facing the same issue. Just to clarify, cross-posting is not allowed as per the forum guidelines. I see you’ve already opened a separate thread, so let’s continue the discussion there to keep the forum organized. I’ve replied to your thread and will wait for your response.

This is not crossposting. I asked the thread starter if he maybe faces the same issue as me and linked to my thread with a possible explanation, which is considered as useful help. I know the guidelines well (being a moderator in the German support forums). The only one spamming this thread unnecessarily is you.

    Hi @zodiac1978

Thanks for your reply! I’ve checked the forum and we’re not seeing those errors so I don’t think that any of the API keys are expired currently.

Just got fixed, issue was indeed with an expired API key.

    Hi @rhoplatform,

Thank you for the update and for clarifying the situation. I’m glad to hear that reconnecting your Stripe account resolved the performance issue you were experiencing. That’s great news!
