Good plugin, but Poor support.

    Good plugin, at least for paid. Support reply back time is poor.

    if you can wait over a month in most cases, you’ll be alright.

    Regarding the support, I’m really sorry you’ve had a bad experience. In truth we have been very busy launching a new plugin, but our paid support was being maintained in the meantime, with certain delays, days, not months.
