poor service

    Slow response time.
    Support mail not working for weeks.
    First real issue seems to be falling outside their scope and will cost me 29 dollars.
    I am looking into alternatives right away.

    We apologize that you had to face it. But, WP installation is a mix of different code structures (themes/plugins/hosting setups) which is very prone to these errors and conflicts.
