Poor support

    No support on wordpress forums. Support works best on their website but still… not very friendly.
    For basic functions it is simple, but, for more complex tasks it is a pain. Its like night and day, all in one plugin.
    Edit: Forgot to mention that they also ask for backend details when you ask for support on their website…
