I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble! From what I can see, the issue you are having is related to which points are included on the graph, is that correct? I’m not quite sure how this is related to payments. Maybe you can clarify for me to help understand why this is preventing launching your site?

There is not a problem related to payments. I meant that I am not getting the service that I payed in this moment.
My problem is that I need to show graphs for the poll results and there is an issue related with “include zero” shortcode and, for instance, I can not show the complete results of the poll in the graphs. Understant that this is a big issue for me because is it not representative to show graphs if I can not show every possible result.
Thanks for the extra info. I spent a bit more time looking into this, and have a fix for the next release. In the meantime, it will work to add x_order=field_opts to your shortcode. Does that solve the problem for you?
It does not solve the problem. The graph does not show the results of the not rated fields. If you know another work around please let me know.
