Don’t tell me about refund policy as if I don’t know. Refunding money when someone has already counted on your product isn’t always the best
You have not sent a single support request trough the site, your statement we scammed you is a lie.
How can support be poor if you
1. Didn’t email the official support email
2. Didn’t use the official support request form?

Your PayPal is from Brazil, you message us from Ivory Coast, your username is used in nulled plugins forum.
This is really weird I think I should report this to authorities if we can’t verify this isn’t a fraud order.
