Poor support, plugin still not working

Paid for premium plugin, never got it working. Schedules never set, back ups failed, never got emails notifying me of back ups failing.
Emailed support 3+ weeks and still not resolution to all the issues.
Premium plugin and they also plaster massive notices and I mean HUGE notices about writing a review on the main dashboard. Yes you can close them, but I don’t expect extremely obtrusive messaging like this when I have paid for the premium version.
