• Paid for premium plugin, never got it working. Schedules never set, back ups failed, never got emails notifying me of back ups failing.

    Emailed support 3+ weeks and still not resolution to all the issues.

    Premium plugin and they also plaster massive notices and I mean HUGE notices about writing a review on the main dashboard. Yes you can close them, but I don’t expect extremely obtrusive messaging like this when I have paid for the premium version.

    Sorry for such a delay – the case took longer than we anticipated at first. This is not a standard practice for us.
    We will do our best to provide you with a timely resolution.

    As for the ads: it’s possible to disable the ads since you have the pro version but we cannot discuss it here.
    We will give instructions as to how you can disable the ads via email communication if you don’t mind.
