    Slowed site, no support. After using the plugin successfully over the last year it seems it is now on struggling to keep up with better alternatives.

    Slowed site, no support.

    What specifically happened that you think it slowed your website? Did you post in the free support forums? Do you think it’s fair to review free plugins poorly because they don’t provide support?

    After using the plugin successfully over the last year it seems it is now on struggling to keep up with better alternatives.

    So you used the plugin for a year, and then it stopped working effectively for you, so you left a negative review? That’s not very fair to us!

    What alternatives is WPtouch “struggling” to keep up with?
