My site was down with a 500 error so I turned off all the plugins to figure out which was the culprit. Still not sure about that.

But when I tried to reactivate Pootle I get this error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home4/roadsid5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pootle-page-builder/inc/funcs.php on line 399

It was working fine before and I haven’t changed anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pootle, but get the same error.

    Not sure what to do.

    Hi Phil,

Ok we’ve found the issue – it’s because you are running a very very old version of php on your server (5.2.17)

WordPress recommends version 5.6 so you’ll need to get this updated anyway otherwise you’ll run into other problems,

This is something your hosting company should do for you,

Let me know if that makes sense 🙂

    Jamie
