There is no general bug about that, I can test the popups as normal for my test site. Maybe one of the CSS or JS files of your theme or any plugin causes this. Can you send the URL of the page so we can check the popup?

I have just installed hustle on my wordpress installation http://www.dialcare.in, but the optin pop up isnt working for me.

I see a javascript error when I check the popup on your site. And looks like that javascript file coming from some optimization or minification plugin. Are you using any optimization plugin? If yes can you deactivate it clear cache and retry? If it does not help and there are some plugins you installed recently, please try deactivating them too. If you found any plugin cause this please let us know.

Hey Oguz,
I did as you said and it seems that Fast Velocity Minify plugin caused your plugin to stop working.
Is there a way to fix it? I would like to keep both plugins active.

I just tried to replicate this error again, as I saw in Fast Velocity Minify plugin page here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/fast-velocity-minify/
that you can exclude JS files that may be conflicting, after whole minification combination processes, but I was able to submit the form without any issues.
If you want to test an alternative to above plugin, you can always try out our own HummingBird plugin, which can replace this, as well as a caching plugin. 😉
