Pop Up cannot be activated

I downloaded and activated the Plugin for WordPress. I also created a pop up, but when i try to activate it, i get the error: You must puplish a pop up before making this action
In WordPress, when i click “refresh” in order to show the available Pop Ups, the list remains empty.
I also get the error: “We couldn’t find the code on your website. Please double check.”

Any suggestions? I cleared cache.
