Pop up collapsed

I have set up Optinmonster and connected it to Brevo, and it works ok. But I have an issue with the slide in box. It appears in a collapsed format and you need to select the + to get it to expand so you can see what it’s for and enter details. At present it slides in but without much impact. I’ve scoured the template design, and can’t see any way to change it. Can you help please?
