Hello, I need help with my pop-up.

It is a global pop-up that contains a Divi form. This is opened without problem through a button or a link. However when the form is filled out and the submit button is clicked, most of the times, the page restarts and does not send any mail. I have tested the effectiveness of the form without being pop-up, and it works fine. The problem is only when it’s the pop-up.

Could you help me? Thank you

When I submitted the form again, the added details were saved, and the forms were successfully submitted. I tested and submitted the form twice.

I also found that you have a cache active on your site. And your site is using Cloudflare.
