Pop-up doesn’t work

It appears that this pop-up widget doesn’t work since it won’t show up in the website. I even activated it and checked settings as well as conditions (only Entire Site using free version). Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

so looks like you have a local wp issue,
Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]
