Sorry to hear you are having problems with the popup displaying. The URL you provided is for the backend dashboard. Can you please provide the page URL of where the popup is meant to show and that’s currently not showing and a screenshot of how the popup should look?
Also, do you have any caching plugins that are installed on your site or any hosting caching you may have set? If so, can you also try clearing all cache as well?

This is the link where the pop up is supposed to be shown. This is the homepage but basically, the pop-up is supposed to be shown on the whole website. https://drhomefit.com/
On this link you will be able to see how it supposed to appear password is bemyhero .
I don’t have any cache pluggin on my website and I tried to clear my cache and publish the pop-up again but nothing had changed.
Still need your assistance

Have you verified if there are any page rules/conditions set for the pop-up’s visibility to not allow it to display on any page?

Finaly the issue has been solved, I think it was about a mistake that I made in the settings.
Now I have a question about the field’s name. I don’t know why. the mention “Email” doesn’t show up while the mention “name” is showing up.
How could I repair that ?
