    Hi there,

I’m having trouble with Elementor Pro and LSCache on my website. I’ve used Elementor Pro to create modals, but they’re showing up at the bottom of the page instead of where they should be (dijon-assainissement.fr/contact). Idon’see the pb on IE, but in private nav + mozilla. Additionally, icons in the navigation menu, also created with Elementor, are not appearing. I’ve tried adjusting different settings but haven’t had any luck. Interestingly, when I disable LSCache, the issue goes away.

Has anyone else faced a similar problem or found a solution? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights.

Thank you so much for your assistance in advance.

    Hi,

    Thank your for your answer.

Since I had been looking for a solution for a while without success (I tried a looooot of settings, contacted Elementor support, my hosting provider, etc.), I finally disabled the Mozilla popup, so the issue is no longer visible. However, here is a screenshot of what was happening on mozilla.

    Here is the expected layout

Thank you in advance for your time,

this is most likely due to a mis-configuration , have you tried the default setting ?

    Hi,

no, I didn’t test the default settings because I was satisfied with the speed tests. However, I managed to work around the issue by creating popups directly within the editor (and not via Elementor’s “modal window” tool), and by disabling them on Mozilla.

    Thank you,
