Pop Up enabled not working

    After the new update, our pop up was not working. I check the pop up enabled and it was returned to default disabled every time I save in the WordPress.

    Can you please check it and help us to fix this issue.

    I’m experiencing the same issue. Before the latest update, my popups were working. Now when you click the link, it starts up like it’s going to show but then the popup goes away and the page is dimmed.

    FYI, I can view the popup when I’m logged in but when I’m testing the popup in an incognito browser, this is when the popup stops working.

    What’s the ETA for this being fixed?

    sorry for our late response here! In case you have not tested the latest release (2.2.1) I recommend you to do this. That version solves a handful of similar problems as you describe.

    In case you still struggle with that issue even after updating the plugin, I would be very happy if you could get in touch via a support ticket. Please share the URL + instructions on where to click to see a Popup with us, as we need to check the HTML code and look for JavaScript/CSS problems.
