Pop up form width for mobile

I’ve adjusted the width of the newsletter pop up, which works on desktop browsers. But, it does not change the view on smart phones (safari & duckduckgo). In portrait view it takes up over 100%. In landscape view it about 25%, which is what I set it to display as in mail poet. So, it does not display properly in portrait view on cell phone browser.
