When you go to edit your popup you can switch to Display settings tab and configure where the popup will be shown.
You will find “Pop-up display rules” where you can configure on which pages and posts you want to show it, how many times it should be displayed and much.

I have configured the display settings as per the rules there. Still I am unable to see the pop up.
I have created one pop up and to display it on home page globalinfoonline.com after 5 seconds. It displayed only one time. I closed the session and reloaded . it did not display the pop up. I tried all combinations. It did not workout.
The pop up plugin is great if it works. Suggest solution please

Which browser and OS are you testing this with because it’s working fine from my end?
Did you try on a different PC and can you see the issue there as well?
Can you go to Hustle > Pop-ups panel, click on the gear icon next to your popup and export it.
Upload the file to any file sharing service like dropbox or gdrive and share the link here so we can check your popup settings.

I did upload the file for you to evaluate. I did upload after exporting to google drive, I did not get any reply sill. expedite issue
