Pop-up issue and Alignment

Hi again!

When I turn off the option for delivery or pick up, the pop up window still appears when I first try to add something to my cart. It makes it a little confusing and weird for customers.

Also, once something is selected the quantity number is hidden behind the “+” button when on a laptop screen but on a mobile device it is aligned correctly. I tried to edit the code but didn’t have any luck.
