pop up not displaying

    I have the plugin installed properly, and I’ve activated it on a page to test it out. The pop-up will not show up. I’ve looked through the documentation, but can not seem to find in the code how the plugin knows when to display. Any help figuring out why this plugin is not working for me would be appreciated.

    Hey,

    This one has been answered via email, but if anyone has a similar problem: make sure that your WP theme uses wp_head and wp_footer functions correctly.

    I get this problem too.
    What do you mean ‘WP theme uses wp_head and wp_footer functions correctly’ ??
    I’m new at wordpress please help!

    I made it in localhost.

    All I done is Add New Pop-UP > select theme > customize > fill all text fill > save and update.

    So, did I wrong? and what?

    Did you create your WP theme yourself or used a ready-made one? It would be great if you uploaded your website somewhere so I could see it.

    My theme is this theme. Is it because of theme??

    I checked and both functions (wp_head and wp_footer) are used correctly in the theme. So there’s not much I can do now to help you without seeing the website.
