Pop Up Not Loading Javascript

    I am building out a site and I have a javascript application. I created a new modal, entered the code in the correct area. I then made a button on the menu “How Much Can I Get” when I click on the button I get the pop up window, but the form is not there. You can see an example of the form right on the home page. I checked all other possible bugs like not adding the css. I have used modals before for applications and they usually work so I am stuck why this one isn’t working

    Can you try to use a different popup or modal window plugin to test it or it only has this issue with the Ocean Modal window plugin? It seems a jquery conflict.

    It only has this issue with Ocean Modal..Since I paid for the unlimited installs with the ocean core bundle pack I want to use this.
