    Dear all,

after updating the plugin to a new version the pop-up preview opens in a very small window with scroll bars. Nothing changes when switching the newly added mobile / desktop preview.
    What could be the reason?
Before the update, the preview worked perfectly.

    BR,
    Vally

    Hi @vallyblogs

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

Could you please export your PopUp and share it using the https://pastebin.com/ ?

You can find the export option on the Hustle > PopUps > Gear icon:

    Hello @vallyblogs,

I tried checking the same on my end but could not replicate the same. Do you see any errors on the browser console? Also, could you try to do this on a fresh site with just one hustle plugin to check if you can replicate it there? If not, this could be a plugin conflict. Could you take a full backup of your site and disable all the plugins revert back to default 2020,2019,2017 theme and check if you can replicate the same.

If not, then switch back to your original theme and then check again. If that works fine, start enabling plugins one by one to check when you can replicate the issue again. Once the issue occurs again while enabling plugins one by one and checking the loading, that plugin is causing an issue.

If nothing works, could you help me with the PHP & WordPress version you are currently on to try and check if we can replicate the same in that specific environment?

    Thank you,
    Prathamesh Palve

    Hello @wpmudev-support7 Prathnamesh,

I did all the above without any success.

Decided to try another browser (Edge) and the pop up worked, so cleaned everything in Chrome (which I’m using) and now also in Chrome all is fine.

So it was just a browser issue…
