Hi there,

I am trying out your plugin and in my case the Pop-up visibility rules are not working.
Even though I set the visibility only for posts I still display popup in every page and category page. Check my setting here: https://imgur.com/v7dKtgp

Hi @gamma42,

Try adding Page and Category conditions and select “Only these pages/categories” without adding any and that should do the trick 🙂

Does the exit intent popup work on mobile?

I can’t see the popup showing with my phone.

Hello @gamma42

The “exit intent” popup won’t work on mobile as there’s no such event available to be detected in browser.

The workaround would be to create a duplicate of the popup that you’re currently using and set its visibility to show only on mobile. You’d then need to use a different triger as well such as e.g. show after some time or upon scroll.
